Bee Prepared is a new feature we are using to pour honey into our Bees.

As the CEO of Black on the Job I am honored to be able to have so many amazing Black people in the hive committed to the same goal.

That is to get each and every Black person to six figures.

As the hive is constantly growing we want to make sure we have our antennas up to answer all our bees in the hive that has questions. We know sometimes we think that a question we have is not relevant or important enough to call the hive. That is not the case.

Each and everyone of your questions are important to me and the team.

We wanted to make it as easy as possible to get some of your questions answered. Which is why we have brought on a BLOGGER BEE. We want to make sure you are getting all the honey you need. You can always go on the group page and post a question and hashtag #bloggerbee and our blogger bee will get your questions answered.

Blogger Bee will also be featuring a Bee every month.

We will follow the Bee's journey from resume revision to her current status. We want to make sure that success is never a secret.

Thank you so much for being a very important part of Black On the Job for the past seven years. As we continue to grow, let us continue to pour into each other and our community.
