Buzzing around the streets of BOTJ this week.

Looks like some of the Bees are gearing up for career change. While most of the Un-United States Of America is frantic and panicking over all the extreme overnight changes over the past six months. We are not granted the luxury of gossip. So many of us are transitioning to new spaces in our careers. There is so much buzzing on the streets! Many of you spoke to me about grabbing you a little taste of honey from Momma Bee so that you can BEE prepared to interview in your new career space.

When changing careers it is important to recognize the skill sets that you have acquired from your previous career and implement them into your new career. What do I mean by that?

Big transition right? Wrong/ Smooth transition.

She is very familiar with reading documents thoroughly before filing. She is accustomed to meeting deadlines. She has had a front-row seat to Attorneys who are constantly finding loopholes to fit their client needs. Exactly what she will be doing in her new career journey.
