Meet Dr Miller

Dr. Sharrica Miller currently serves as Chair of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Student Engagement at Cal State Fullerton. As co-investigator of a 2.2-million-dollar workforce diversity grant, her primary role is to facilitate recruitment and retention of Black and Hispanic students within the school of nursing.
In addition to this role, Dr. Miller is a nationally sought after speaker and trainer who works with hospitals, universities, and child welfare organisations to facilitate interactive DEI workshops.
Lastly, she is founder of Kapstone Consulting, where she strategizes with companies on how to better serve the needs of their diverse clientele. As a former foster youth from Compton and HBCU graduate, Dr. Miller is passionate about advocating for equitable outcomes in vulnerable populations.

Fondly known as “Admin Cyn”, Cyntoni Miller is the CEO and co-founder of Black On The Job, a fast-growing career-building organization for Black people.
Historically wide disparities in how Black people are treated in the workplace and passed over for chances at advancement birthed the vision of a company dedicated to balancing the scales. Black On The Job is passionate about the advancement of Black people in corporate America and all over the world.
Cyntoni Miller’s mission of change and empowerment for Black communities continues to be the driving force behind the company’s array of carefully crafted career development services aimed at lifting Black people to meet and exceed middle-class status.
Since the company’s inception in 2018, she has contributed to the career growth of over 60,0000 members with approximately $50M (and counting) in increased salaries globally, yet is undeterred and as motivated as ever.
She has hosted 100+ career development workshops, many of which are taught weekly via Facebook live where 64,000+ members of her Facebook group (Black On The Job with Admin Cyn) get to participate for free and receive complimentary career manuals and workbooks.
She has also led several training classes and career intensive workshops for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, government agencies, and universities.
As a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) coach, she has been instrumental to the successful transition of several Black people into the DEI field, many of whom are already earning 6 figures in their roles.
