Employer Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Toolkit
Years of conversations with businesses seeking to understand how their firm recruits diverse talent resulted in the creation of the toolkit. While this toolkit does not provide a single answer, it is our best effort to provide companies with the skills needed to recruit diverse students and properly support those students as employees. What we do know about recruiting diverse talent is that successful companies look beyond the recruiting process and instead focus on how to retain diverse employees or create an inclusive culture. We anticipate that, like diversity and inclusion efforts, this toolkit will grow and adapt to meet future demands as our understanding of how it manifests in office environments advances.
