Cyntoni Miller is the CEO and co-founder of Black On The Job, a fast-growing career-building organization for Black people.
Black On The Job is dedicated to the advancement of Black people in corporate America and all over the world. Founded in 2018, Cyntoni Miller has hosted 150+ career workshops and helped 1,500+ Black businesses to scale to six figures.
Her mission of change and empowerment for Black communities has birthed several well-crafted career development services aimed at lifting Black people to meet and exceed middle-class status. She has contributed to the career growth of over 80,000 members with approximately $100M (and counting) in increased salaries globally, yet is undeterred and as motivated as ever.
