Terms and Conditions
In order to maintain competitive pricing and best serve our commitment to our community, we are unable to reschedule or refund any resume review appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you miss your appointment, you will receive your resume review notes by email within 24 - 48 hours of your missed appointment time. We will only excuse missed appointments and allow rescheduling in extreme circumstances. The BOTJ Admin team has the sole discretion over the constitution of an extreme circumstance. For the rescheduling/ cancellation of all other services within 48 hours, a $25 rescheduling fee/ cancellation fee may be assessed. Please note that any price quoted during a resume review is valid for up to 45 days. After 45 days, a new resume review will have to be assessed to determine the revision price.
Packages and Payment Plans
All services purchased under this package/bundle must be booked and used within 90 days of purchase. The promotional value of this package will expire in 90 days.
Black On The Job does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled packages/bundles. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months or services unused. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
In order to make our services affordable for as many people as possible, we offer payment plans for our overhaul package. This enables you to pay for your services over a two or three-month period. If you would like to choose this option, please ensure you have read, and understand, the payment plan terms below that explains how the payments are made and the consequences of a payment defaulting.
Duration of Payment Plan
Payment plans run the duration of two or three months depending on which option you choose. The first payment is withdrawn upon successful registration, with one or two more equal payments due on the same day of each month until the balance is paid in full. These payments are automatically withdrawn from your chosen payment account each month. No action is required to initiate these.
Payment plans are charged every month. For example, if the first payment is submitted in November, the next payments will be charged on the same day for the next month.
Unsuccessful Automated Payments (Defaulted Payments)
If a monthly payment defaults, your account will be suspended and you will not have access to the scheduling site until the payment has been made. Several automatic attempts will be made to secure payment through your chosen payment method. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to restart the payment plan through by contacting the admin team at email@example.com. If you are unable to restart a payment plan, a $50.00 late payment fee will be applied to your balance. Your access will be reinstated after confirmation of payment and the late payment fee.
If a payment is declined, this was something done by the bank or credit card company. Black On The Job does not have access to your banking information and unable to see why the payment was declined. This is an automated system between your account and your chosen payment method. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
If your payment plan defaults, your account will be classified as inactive. If you return to your professional development at a later date, you will be subjected to any service fee increases and will need to pay any price difference to reinstate your account. A suspended account will be subjected to any price increases after 30 days of a defaulted payment.
Changes to Payment Plan Terms
These payment plan terms may change in the future. Any client who has already started a payment plan and is not in default at the time of changes, the payment plan terms that were in place previously will apply.
