Rescheduling >48 hours before the appointment time is free once, subject to availability.

Rescheduling ≤48 hours before the appointment is allowed with a $20 fee (or $50 if the service was purchased during a promotion/sale).

Cancellations/refunds within 48 hours are not available.

Grace period: 5 minutes. After 5 minutes:

• Resume review appointments convert to notes‑only; we email your review notes within 24–48 hours of the missed time.

• All other services require rescheduling and incur the applicable fee above.

Extreme circumstances: within the 48‑hour window, BOTJ may waive or reduce fees at BOTJ admin’s discretion where documentation supports an extreme circumstance.

Prices quoted during a resume review remain valid for 45 days. After that, a new review may be required to confirm pricing.

All services and standard packages must be booked and used within 45 days of purchase.

Promotional packages/certificates:

• Promotional value expires within 45 days of purchase where stated.

• All services purchased during a sale/promotion must be used within 30 days of purchase or the services are forfeited.

Reinstatement of an expired package: available within 60 days after expiration for $125.

Refunds on unused packages: when BOTJ approves a refund, a $99 administrative fee is deducted.

No exchanges, partial refunds, substitutions, or overuse of certificate value are permitted on bundles/overhauls.

If you pay with Afterpay or Klarna, BOTJ treats the purchase as paid in full at checkout; remaining installments are managed by the provider.

If a payment is declined, the issuing bank/card network controls the decision. Contact your bank for details.

One free reschedule is available if you miss a scheduled package workshop.

If you miss the rescheduled session, you’ll receive the recording only.

Intake forms: BOTJ sends your intake after your review is scheduled. Please complete it within 24 hours of your appointment.

Non‑package clients (resume revision): after your invoice is paid, you have 2 business days to submit the revision questionnaire. If it isn’t submitted, BOTJ proceeds using your review notes; after delivery you receive one grammar‑only edit round.

Edits after first draft:

Within 5 business days of receiving your completed resume: additional content not in your intake can be added at $25 per partial hour.

After that window, adding new roles/content is $75 per additional role/information set.

Dissatisfaction process: reply to the first‑draft email within 5 business days with your edit requests; a senior writer will review and address.

Refunds:

Resume revision payments are refundable within 24 hours of payment if work has not started (no drafting beyond intake review).

After 24 hours or once work begins, resume services are non‑refundable.

If BOTJ approves a refund as an exception after work has begun, a 50% refund fee may apply to cover work performed.

Writer reassignment requests must be made within 5 business days of order completion; BOTJ does not grant reassignment or refunds after 60 days from the completion date.

No guarantees: BOTJ does not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes.

If the intake form is not submitted within 5 business days of your appointment, a $50 continuation fee applies before work resumes.

If the intake is not completed within 60 days, BOTJ will refund the amount paid minus a $99 administrative fee.

After the profile is finalized, change requests must be made within 10 business days. Requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.

To qualify for certain promotional resume‑revision rates, you must have completed a BOTJ resume review on or after July 1, 2023.

If your review was more than 2 months before purchase, you must confirm you have no new work experience since that review date.

Intake questionnaires for discounted revisions are due within 2 business days; otherwise BOTJ will revise from review notes only and include one grammar‑only edit round.

No retroactive credits: purchases made before a sale are not eligible for refunds or credits to repurchase at the sale price.

Discount codes: BOTJ cannot refund and repurchase if a code was not applied at checkout—contact the Bee Experience Team before purchasing if you need help with a code.
